Vision Automation Framework exists to make test automation approachable for QA engineers who are not full-time developers.
Selenium is powerful, but a readable Selenium test takes discipline: explicit waits, retry logic, locators scattered through the code. VAF moves all of that into the framework. What is left in the test is the scenario itself — open the page, check that it is there, fill in the form, click the button — written as one fluent chain that a reviewer can read without knowing Selenium.
VAF has been used for years in production regression suites, at more than one company — by QA engineers with basic coding skills, alongside developers.
